GeoNiche can decode and encode the hints for a geocache.
- Switch to Targets Mode and tap [Cancel] until the list of targets is displayed.
- Create a new target by tapping [New].
- Bring up the target's details by tapping [Details].
- Add a note to the target by tapping [Note].
- Enter the following text into the note: "Secret clue: N ertvfgrerq irefvba bs TrbAvpur vf zhpu zber hfnoyr."
- Select the unreadable portion of the message.
- Pull the "Edit, Decode" menu item.
GeoNiche will decode the unreadable text, making it readable. If no text is selected when the "Edit, Decode" menu item is pulled, all text in the current area is decoded.
The "Edit, Decode" may also be used to encode text. Pull the menu a second time to see the text toggle between encoded and decoded.
This technique works for most text fields, such as target titles and the L: search field.
