GoogNiche

GoogNiche is a Bookmarklet for Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer users which allows points of interest and driving directions to be imported from Google Maps, hand-crafted routes to be imported from Gmap Pedometer and points of interest to be imported both from HeyWhatsThat.com and Yelp.com.

Firefox users can install GoogNiche by dragging the following link to their bookmarks toolbar: GoogNiche. Internet Explorer users must use the link above with the "Add to Favorites..." menu item.

To use GoogNiche, visit one of the above sites (such as Google Maps) and use it as you normally would. When you have some targets and/or routes you would like to import into GeoNiche, click on the link above (which you dragged to your toolbar or added to your favorites). A green window like the one illustrated here will popup on your site. Select your preferred options and click "Download PDB".

Complete instructions for using GoogNiche are in the GeoNiche User Guide.
